FitScreen includes a detailed orthopedic history interview as well as an assessment of posture, alignment, muscle strength & flexibility, joint stability, functional ability and balance.


Joint Range of Motion:

Spine, Shoulders, Elbows, Forearms, Wrists, Hips, Knees & Ankles

Muscle Strength:

Upper & Lower Body as well as Core.  Isolated Manual Muscle Testing is performed to identify weakness or strength imbalances.

Functional Status

This includes an assessment of movement, agility and performance of functional challenges

Muscle Flexibility:

Upper & Lower Extremities

Integrity of Peripheral Joints:

Assessment of ligaments to identify joint laxity at the shoulders, knees and ankles

Standing Balance

When appropriate, this includes testing balance while  incorporating challenges common in sports
